All of our valued guests who book with us can experience one of our main goals: the ability to complete their pre-check-in from the comfort of their own home, requiring nothing more than a smartphone or a computer.
In our two building wings, the Oliva Smart Hotel wing does not have an in-person reception; only self check-in is available. Check-in can be completed in one of two ways. Guests have the option to download an app to their phones, speeding up and simplifying the check-in process. The application is available at the following links:

After downloading the app and following the intuitive instructions, guests can not only register their personal identification documents, but also book various services available at our hotel—such as champagne setup, massages, access to the Oliva Relax area, or table reservations at our restaurant—with just a few clicks. This check-in method can also be used if the room is booked in the Classic wing rather than the Oliva Smart Hotel wing.

If guests prefer not to download our app, check-in can be completed through the virtual reception, where our staff—though not in person—are readily available to assist. Of course, both check-in and check-out are fully supported via the virtual reception.
