The Smart building wing of Oliva Hotel & Étterem opened its doors in the spring of 2023. As its name suggests, it features numerous technological innovations.
In this part of the hotel, a traditional in-person reception was not created. Instead, we had the opportunity to design and implement a virtual reception that reflects the digital achievements of our time. During the reception’s opening hours (every day from 6:30 to 22:00), our guests can contact our reception staff working in the main building through a virtual terminal.
As a result, guests staying in the Smart building have the option to complete both check-in and check-out using this smart device, without the need to walk to the reception located in the main building.
In addition, the breakfast area of this building section—the Rooftop Bar—immediately impresses guests with its panoramic view of the castle.
Guests arriving by car can choose between two parking options. One parking area is located directly opposite the building, and another is situated in the building’s inner courtyard, which can also be closed due to its design.
