Pad Thai

Pad Thai is just a great daily dish for so many people in Thailand. The simple ingredients, the rice noodles, shrimps, chicken, vegetables combined with the flavour of chili, lime, and the Thai souces feels pretty much like a piece of Thailand. The Indonesian and Thai journeys of our owner resulted in some cooking courses and schools. This is the reason of some slight Indonesian and Thai touch and dishes at our manues during the past years. Pad Thai is maybe the best example. We just simply love it.
